There's so much pressure on every signing to be world class in the team right from the start! This is still a team in transition and it'll take time for things to click for the older players, never mind the newer ones.

I always feel like his speed is out of sync. Sometimes he’s too slow in possession, but sometimes his passing is too quick for the players around him. I’m glass empty, but even I can see it will eventually click.
